The Boat Builder | Systems Installer will be required to have an understanding of basic marine mechanic & electrical outfitting practices. They need to be able to work off of wiring diagrams and technical manuals. They should also be able to troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues. Should be well versed in 12v systems.
They will need to be able to pass a skills test and/or provide proof of completed, previous projects. They need to adhere to safety standards, work under supervision but be able to think critically and solve problems on their own.
